Abstract


The second national land survey clearly put forward to realize the land data "informatization, network" management, and emphasizes to establish "Internet sharing" the land survey database, and land resources change information update mechanism. This study based on the above-mentioned requirements, on the Internet for the land use data updates are discussed, and puts forward the "online download and upload online editor - - - data warehousing" data update mechanism. The research content mainly includes the following four aspects: 1, design the Internet application server end and remote terminal between the data transmission mode, and realize data online download and upload online. 2, the analysis of land use data space topology rules, on the basis of design data and edit realization, namely research how to offline state changed data graphics and related attribute information. 3, realize local data update storerooms, and through the locking mechanism to solve the problems in the process of data conflict. 4, design test case to verify the feasibility of the update mechanism. Research shows that the above mechanism is feasible, and can to a certain extent, improve the efficiency of land use data update.
