The three mainstream standard for third-generation mobile communications is Europe 's WCDMA standard , CDMA2000 standard in the United States and China TD-SCDMA standard . Wherein the first two criteria are wireless duplex manner using frequency division duplex (FDD) , and the TD-SCDMA wireless duplex manner using time division duplex (TDD) . With the rapid development of wireless communication , the user increasing communication frequency resources become increasingly tense . International Telecommunication Union, the frequency of the third generation mobile communication are divided around 2GHz and higher spectrum efficiency and higher transmission rate requirements of the third generation mobile communications , which gives RF transceiver front-end design proposed new challenge. 2GHz time division duplex mode receiver RF front-end . Overview of the basic theory of the wireless communication RF receiver front-end and the main technical indicators ; receiver according to 3GPP protocol system indicators , based on the system indicators specific time division duplex mode receiver RF front-end system design , including system indicators decomposition , the choice of system solutions , the allocation of the link gain and the whole system simulation design; help of simulation software several key RF receiver front-end circuit that is low-noise amplifier circuit protection circuit of low noise amplifier and receiver RF IF local oscillator circuit simulation design and verification ; Finally, the test results of the concrete realization of the entire receiver and system indicators . The test results show that the system is well positioned to meet the requirements of the baseband wireless receiver and successfully used in third-generation mobile communications precise positioning equipment .
