Abstract


Technology Innovation is the original power of the Industry development. Following the international business trading, the technical trading is becoming no country differences. According to the publish status, the technology can be divided as: public technology, patent technology and Black Box technology. Public technology means to be known and be shared in the world wide; Black box technology has been kept secret by certain organization or certain person, it can be used in certain area without publication; Patent technology is published, but it belongs to certain organization or certain designer. Patent technology expressed the spirit of encouraging the technical innovation and respecting the owner’s right. There are many innovation methods in this world, one best of them called“Theory of inventive problem solving”.The application of TRIZ(Theory of Inventive Problem solving) in Digital Video Coding Technology is introduced in this paper. Based on the analysis of published technology and necessary technology used in Digital Video Coding area, we pointed out the major technical contradiction in Digital Video Coding area are“system time losing”and“system reliability”; And we present three kinds of the methods based on the TRIZ contradiction solution. At the end of this article, the practical result in one of the methods is given.The main contents in this thesis include the five parts as below:The first chapter is the preface. Firstly, it describes the innovation technology, technical standard and the relationship to the related industry; After that, describes the technical background and research necessary of Digital Video Coding Technology.The second chapter researches the well-known technology of Digital Video Coding Technology and the patent technology of the Digital Video Coding Technology in the worldwide. And draws the patent map for analyzing the possible technical innovation categories.The third chapter describes the analysis flow of TRIZ. After that, it describes the contradictions analysis method in product concept designing period. Describes the new idea of reacting to the innovation method based on the patent map.The forth chapter solves the Digital Video Coding Technology’s major contradictions based on patent map and new idea from TRIZ contradiction analysis method.The fifth chapter summarizes all the work of this thesis, and gives some useful suggestions for future research.This article stands in the theory and practical side by researching the practical of the TRIZ theory in solving technical problem. Contributions of this thesis are briefly summarized as follows: Reducing the patent risk during the designing period, and developing the new idea based on the present patents, in the same time, giving the new process and analysis flow of solving technical contradiction.
