Abstract


Workers have the right to know occupation safety, the right to know occupation safety is an important right of workers. Physical and mental harm to workers is popular today, so worker’s right to know occupation safety gradually gets more and more attention in the range of countries and international organizations. The measures to protect worker ’s right to know occupation safety gradually become issues of common concern in the world, the aim of which is to reduce occupation hazard .Chinese occupation safety is in very serious condition, because occupation safety accidents often break, and the legitimate rights and interests of workers can not be protected. The governments at all levels should strengthen the propaganda of law to improve workers’consciousness of law and safeguarding their legitimate rights and interests. Meanwhile government should perform their duties conscientiously, to fulfill the obligation to supervise the employing units over informing the occupation hazard. State legislators should enhance legislation on occupation safety and establish the way of judicial relief of worker’s right to know occupation safety, to ensure that workers know well of their own occupation hazard suffered in labor process, in order to protect the physical and mental health of workers from occupation hazard.
