Abstract


Venture capital in China is still in the immature stage , as an emerging field of capital market continues to learn and explore . Instance in the form of many analytical studies on the risk of investment with the abundance of investment projects , focusing on how to best guide social capital flows through the establishment of an effective system of venture capital , access to high- profit investment project , namely, how to make risk effective combination of capital and investment opportunities , resulting in a risk compensation mechanism , the equity investors bear the high risk high-yield , forming a virtuous circle , to attract the social more money into the high-tech industry , its development an efficient financing mechanism . The research projects are two of the most important part of the project operation process of the entire venture capital , the domestic venture capital institutions are struggling to improve the procedures and methods of research projects . With HSBC Investment was established in 1997 , the company registered capital of 60 million yuan , the total investment of 90 million yuan . Consists of three individual and initiated the establishment of a private venture capital institutions . Shareholders to raise private funds from Jiangsu and Zhejiang , the use of a good relationship with the target enterprise and government departments to contact , investing primarily in high - growth small and medium enterprises , with the abundance of investment in the operation of the company and the project specifications compared to other domestic venture capital institutions , but still investment project decisions , much needs to be improved and perfected . Then elaborated with the abundance of the project investment decision-making status quo , and pointed out that the evaluation system is based on the actual decision-making process . At the same time , the evaluation methods used in the the Venus project object with HSBC Investment Company , The decision results illustrate the article discusses the risk of investment evaluation system and method has practical value .
