With the deepening of financial reform , for the disposal of non-performing assets of state-owned commercial banks in China to the critical stage . Disposal practice , assessment and pricing issues restricting the disposal of non-performing assets , the difficulties and the \Practice assessment of credit assets , claims assessment currently no uniform practices , many new situations and new issues that must be explored in the theory and methods of assessment . This article is based on such an environment discusses . The paper first describes the status quo of the existing non-performing assets of state-owned commercial banks , and analysis of the predicament faced by the non-performing assets assessment . Then, starting from the analysis of the value of non-performing assets , the value of the type of in-depth study , highlighted the point of view of a clear understanding of the value of the type is an objective assessment of the prerequisites , and discusses how to convert the value in the market , in order to achieve the non-performing assets smooth disposal . The paper focuses on the evaluation methods of non-performing assets . On the basis of the basic conditions for the analysis of non-performing assets assessment of banks' bad assets assessment methodology shall be in accordance with the assessment different view of the object , and then elaborate on the operating procedures of the various assessment methods , and the most commonly used assumptions Settlement Act was modified and improved. Theoretical research , according to the proposed method , select two cases were empirical studies of solvency assessment and debt assets . Finally, we made ??several recommendations .
