Abstract

Competitive in the 21st century, enterprises in essence, is the fierce competition of talents. Enterprises in the new situation and new challenges of global competition, while the introduction of talent, managers should pay attention to interpersonal trust in the organization, especially on the lower level of trust, thereby enhancing organizational cohesion, reduce the organization and operation and management costs, improve organizational performance to create competitive advantage. Materially different from traditional Chinese culture and Western China decided on a down-level trust inevitably different from the West. Not establish a sound system and a standard conditions, to establish a good relationship in the organization, interpersonal trust is particularly important. Chinese people pay attention to the \Upper and lower levels of trust, and impression management organization has been more and more business managers cognition, attention. Recalling the research literature in the past, the past, although each of impression management and interpersonal trust rich, but very little research on the relationship between the two. Lack of research in this area based on the existing theoretical research, systematic and in-depth study of impression management with a superior-subordinate relationship of trust is necessary, but also in China, focus on the cultural background of the \more theoretical and practical significance. Assumptions previously established on the lower level of trust and impression management literature, extracted 311 enterprises in Zhejiang conducted a questionnaire survey, an effective data recovery factor analysis using SPSS package, correlation analysis, regression analysis to study upper and lower levels of impression management behavior whether they would impact on the lower level of trust. The study found that: (1) the higher impression management tactics are taken deterrence, followed by self-promotion, lead by example, please, pleading with a minimum. (2) under the impression management tactics are taken to curry favor with the most, followed by self-promotion, deterrence, lead by example, begged the least. (3) the higher overall impression management tactics to the level of trust on the reverse impact. Higher impression management to please the strategy on trust has a positive influence, impression management at a higher level pleading strategy had no significant effect on trust. Impression management at a higher level of self-promotion, deterrence, lead by example strategy on trust reverse. (4) under the overall impression management tactics on down-level trust reverse. But under the impression management begged strategy has a positive influence to the trust under the impression management deterrent strategy to trust no significant effect, under the impression management to please, self-promotion, set a good example to trust reverse strategy.
