Abstract


With the advancement of technology and the accelerated process of globalization of markets , the \Compared with the traditional management paradigm, technology integration to be able to respond more effectively to the the staggered development trend of new technologies and new demands . Therefore, as the new paradigm of technology management , technology integration in recent years gradually attention , and their practical application . How to really understand and grasp how to apply technology integration, technology integration ideological guidance specific technical innovation management practices , and how to effectively achieve the integrated innovation of technology integration theory and practice becoming hot . The first chapter describes the research background, research , and research framework ; second chapter introduces the research status of technology integration ; Chapter 3 presents the theoretical basis for technology integration , in-depth analysis of the concept of enterprise technology integration ; chapter detailed analysis of enterprise technology integration process can be divided into seven specific process, that organization platform product concept to build technical decomposition , technology selection , technology import , digestion and absorption and technology to create and analyze based on technology integration technological capabilities of enterprises to grow ; fifth chapter discusses the technology integration in two ways: the progressive integration and revolutionary integration ; Chapter integrated performance evaluation of enterprise technology research , technology integration process performance and output performance two angles , technology integration performance evaluation system , and gives the technology integration overall performance evaluation method ; chapter VII of the enterprise to the significance of technology integration and implementation of the recommendations given ; concluded the full text of innovation pointed out that the future research directions .
