Abstract


Modern financial management must not only have a day-to-day management of science, fine, need more strategic vision and strategic thinking. Draw on the idea of ??strategic management, and seriously study the category of financial strategy, and is becoming the focus of attention of the government departments, the academic world and the business community. At so far since the 1970s, the business environment is from relatively stable static environment to the survival and development of the increasingly complex and full of uncertain dynamic environment, enterprises increasingly subject to environmental challenges and threats. Objectively, the changes in the business environment requires supporting the development of financial strategies, and requirements for timely adjustments to the financial strategy. For state-owned investment holding company, financial decision-making is not only related to the survival and development of enterprises, but also related to increasing the value of state-owned assets, related to the implementation of the national industrial policy. Research on this issue, not only has a certain theoretical significance, but also has a very important practical value.
