Abstract


Enable enterprises to the environment due to the rapid development of science and technology , with each passing day , the enterprises are to survive in such a complex environment , and promote development , it is necessary to assess the situation and with a strategic vision , creating and nurturing a competitive advantage . The direction of the students as financial management , from the point of view of the financial strategy should help enterprises solve how to choose a financial strategy in a competitive advantage strategy oriented enterprises to cope with the overall strategic objectives . This article in reference to the basis of the literature on the use of standardized research methods , learned knowledge of financial theory and corporate practice start from identifying corporate financial strategic environment , the competitive advantage of a variety of financial strategy , measure of competitive advantage by factor analysis model , the final case analysis method Hisense financial strategy . Based on the above set of research questions , the logical idea of this article : The article first describes the significance of the topic of the thesis , research methods and content framework . The practical significance of topics of financial theory and corporate , and review of the literature supporting role on this article . The second part is a theoretical basis . Introduced the basic theory of corporate financial strategy and competitive advantage , support the theory of this article ; third part is the environment of the corporate financial strategy analysis . Porter's five forces model analysis of the external environment through the introduction of SCP mode ; VIOR tool for analysis of the company 's internal resources and capabilities ; Finally, using the SWOT matrix to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the environment to explore environmental opportunities ; fourth part is the focus of this article content analysis of the financial strategy based on competitive advantage . As a starting point , the relationship of competitive advantage and financial strategy in cost leadership , differentiation and target centralization three competitive strategy oriented , from financing, investment and distribution of these three aspects should be taken in line with the competitive strategy and financial strategy analysis ; last part of the case studies . Using factor analysis model , a comprehensive evaluation of ranking of the 18 appliances listed companies of their choice of financial strategy , analysis and a competitive advantage , for example .
