Abstract


SMEs has become China's national economy, the most dynamic, most innovative, most potential market players. Currently, SMEs in the moderate growth of the national economy, ease employment pressure, of science and technology, and to encourage private investment plays an increasingly important role. But financing difficulties have been bound with the further development and growth of small and medium enterprises. Chinese SMEs indirect financing system for the study, through the analysis of the current situation and the plight of Chinese SMEs indirect financing system drawing the foreign SMEs indirect financing system merits of the proposed build our SME indirect financing system framework. The main content of this paper is as follows: Part I: Introduction. Mainly to explain the research background and significance, content and innovation. The second part is mainly defined the scope of the study, that is defined SME financing and financing, expounded the theory of indirect financing research, and then introduce a framework of indirect financing system, and analysis of each component within the financing system the relationship between the elements, a theoretical analysis of later chapters foreshadowing. Third part selected several typical of developed countries, carried out the analysis of their SME indirect financing system, and a comparative analysis, to compare their similarities and differences do with reference to indirect financing system for SMEs in China, in order to build suitable indirect financing system for China's national conditions. The fourth part of the main analysis to analyze the current situation and the plight of our SME indirect financing system, from the financing system consisting of three, that is part of the status quo of the indirect the financing supply system, financing guarantee system, indirect financing auxiliary system analysis, finding which exist problems and causes. The fifth part of the indirect financing system. Through the analysis of the first four chapters of the supply system, the credit guarantee system and the auxiliary system combined with each other together to build a complete SME financing system. Which the supply system to solve the pool of funds in the market, the skeleton supporting role played by the the major expositions government of the auxiliary system, the credit guarantee system to build mainly based financing system stability. Finally, we discuss innovation in SME financing system, which pointed out that building the direction of China's SME financing system and should pay attention to the problem. Summary and Outlook entire article summarizes the main content of indirect financing system, put forward the further research direction. Through the exposition of the chapters, based on a clear concept to understand the current situation, the diagnostic dilemma, the international experience of the comparative analysis of SME financing system, put forward the idea of ??building of SMEs science indirect financing system, to contribute to the development of SMEs .
