Abstract

As China’s construction market continues to expand and the increasing level of opening , foreign design institutions constantly inpour. Facing this fierce competition, China’s architectural design companies must raise competititive ability to meet . Through years of development, China’s enterprises of architectural design have got a considerable development. However, in the present situation , that the system of the vocation is still immature, enterprise management system is flawed, enterprise innovation capacity and the grasp of the market is not in place, are still the problems. This paper desires to make a in-depth study of domestic enterprises defects and foreign design enterprises’maturity system and experience from various summary hoping to find some useful experience in the practice for the domestic construction enterprises for the development of them.The first chapter of the article is introduction, Analysis focused on the current situation of the design companies internal and external of China’s and found out the domestic study situation of the research in this problem. At last it explained some of the important concepts of this article.To learn the lessons from history. The second chapter, according to some study results of the other scholars and the author’s informations on China’s design companies, we reviewed the development of the China’s design company and tell the current situation of the various systems of China’s design companies.The third chapter has summarized our current construction enterprises competitive situation. Including the external environment, general market and the fierce competition within the industry and stated enterprises’design situation .Chapter 4 summarized the reasons of the backward competitive ability of the architectural design companies. First is that the company’s institutional constraints and the current reform maked enterprises instability. Second is that the market environment and the owners of the misleading and designed to interfere in the public right of aesthetic deviation competitive impact. Finally, the designers and professional qualities out of touch with the right of enterprises.Chapter V of the full text of the point. Mainly foreign firms with the experience of our firm’s development of some recommendations. A total of four fields were discussed. Industry overall management, including : institutional, industrial managers and architects to improve the quality of the industry. Second, the management of enterprises, including : self-management, personnel system and project management, project staffing, the use of manpower resources and personnel and collective allocation of resources and staff pay. Another firm is the design capacity, including : design, dynamic concern, the importance of innovation. Enterprise accumulation of experience and architects retraining. Finally, the importance of the market, including marketing and market consulting.
