Abstract


Fushun foreign construction company is engaged in international project contracting and labor service company . Over the years, some small and medium-sized industrial and civil construction projects in the Middle East contract to provide a large number of laborers . With the recovery of the international engineering contracting market development , national contractors gathered in the building hotspots . The company is facing unprecedented opportunities and competition . How to determine the appropriate strategies , enabling businesses to enhance their capabilities and expand the scale and long-term development , is the Fushun outside construction company must solve the problem . This paper uses the theory of corporate strategy and the Blue Ocean Strategy theory , analysis the Fushun outside construction company internal and external business environment of PEST and SWOT analysis tools , operating environment and the enterprise's industry characteristics , and demonstrates the company's business philosophy , business development goals , enterprises overall development strategy , competitive strategy and functional strategies . Determine Fushun company built outside project contracting , engineering subcontractors , labor overseas business mainly relying on housing development , construction , engineering and other domestic business , other than raising within less promote \the overall business strategy. At the same time , the company organizational design optimization , and strengthen the company's human resources , to deepen corporate culture construction and seek government support measures to ensure the implementation of the corporate strategy .
