Abstract


With the advancement of science and technology , supply chain management has become the third profit source following the rational use of resources and labor efficiency . Competition among enterprises has gradually evolved into the competition between the supply chain , the management of the procurement strategy is an important means of flexible enterprise supply chain operations , reduce costs , and respond effectively to changes in the market . Comprehensive optimization of the U.S. GSK procurement strategy for scientific research on the basis of a review of extensive literature and data inadequacies in business and management from the start outside the enterprise environment and their own advantages and disadvantages angle analysis of the opportunities and threats of the procurement strategy , build SmithKline development of Sino-US procurement strategies , raw material localization strategy , supplier relationship management strategy , of JIT procurement strategy and vendor -managed inventory strategies , and for four procurement strategies benefit analysis . The raw material localization strategy and vendor-managed inventory strategy laid the foundation for the implementation of JIT purchasing mode , the true sense of low inventory and flexible production . Supplier relationship management strategy to ensure that enterprises and suppliers to establish a stable , a win-win , collaborative , and transparent strategic partnership the U.S. GSK performance evaluation system to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the U.S. GSK procurement management . Then put forward the optimization of the procurement process , the goal is to reduce the procurement lead time , improve quality , reduce costs and adapt to the rapid changes in the market . Promote and learn the significance of the study for the U.S. GSK procurement management .
