Abstract


Electric power, which is essential to the social and economic development,should be given priority. Safe and reliable power supply is the basic security not only to the production of industrial and agricultural but also the live of people. At present, along with the fast and continued development of market economy,the shortage of power supply becomes more and more serious,which requests urgently to the project of power transmission and transformation. Under the new situation,it is of a great guiding importance for the project construction and management to explore new methods on progress management control continuously,to make reasonable and practical schedule of projects and to utilize project management means scientifically on controlling the progress of the transmission and transformation projects.This article will take the schedule control of 110KV power transmission and transformation project in the development district of Shangtianti as background,making use of P3,which is very popular progress management software in the engineering world,taking the unit construction of power transmission and transformation as the basis, analyzing the engineering structure of power transmission and transformation in the shape of tree, and then assign work unit and set up the system of schedule control. By means of dynamic control concept,examining the project progress regularly in the progress of construction,analyzing the deviation that affects the plan of project progress,comparing and discriminate the rectification plans,achieving the goal of the scientific management and dynamic control to the rate of progress,at the same time,according to the years working experience,research risk factor that affects the project progress of 110KV power transmission and transformation,build the analysis template base on the risk factor,by the perfect plan to anticipating control of schedule risk,accomplish risk control of management in advance on the project of 110KV power transmission and transformation successfully,which provides a success case for anticipating control on project progress.
