Abstract


Cement is a national need to consume a lot of raw material to complete industrialization . China since the reform and opening up , the industrial economy, the rapid development of China 's cement consumption growth rate is much higher than in other regions and countries . JF Cement Group is located in Jiangsu Province, the most economically developed regions - southern Jiangsu , located in the core area of the Yangtze River Delta . Expansion through continuous technical innovation since 2004 , from less than 10 million tons of annual output of cement factory into a three 5000t / d) dry process rotary kiln cement clinker production line of large enterprises has four ( a 2500t / d annual cement production capacity of 10 million tons , Jiangsu Province, the largest cement producer . \between enterprises , resulting in vicious competition and economic decline . JF Cement Group faces enormous external area of cement into the pressure . In the case of new opportunities and threats exist , how to seek the Group's sustainable development , corporate strategy to adapt to the new situation of the development of this major research topics . In this paper, the scientific use of management knowledge , use an external environmental analysis , five forces model and SWOT strategic analysis methods , JF Cement Group , a comprehensive system of external and internal analysis and planning of the Group 's development strategy for the next few years . In this study, the next few years , the development of JF Cement Group has a very important significance , not only to clear the path of development of the Group , but also put forward a specific implementation measures , how strategic management of cement companies in the region of the same type at the same time provide a reference and reference.
