Abstract


Traditional land use planning and management system business processes curing , can not meet the needs of the modern land-use planning and management . In this paper, the workflow technology to study a business process-oriented land use planning and management system , and on this basis to explore one of the key technologies . The article first analyzes the shortcomings of traditional land use planning and management system process management , and obscure for the complexity of its application , business process performance , lack of project management capabilities of the organization , reusability and scalable sexual weakness and poor , and proposed workflow technology the introduction of the system of land use planning and management solutions integrated with GIS . Secondly, we explore the component technology , component GIS technology , workflow technology and spatial data version management technology . Then, a detailed analysis of a database of land use planning and management system for business process design and features modular design , land use planning and management system for business process . Based on the above , the article focused on analysis of the key technologies in land use planning and management system for business process and its implementation methods , including : workflow modeling , ArcSDE version management , data format conversion , land type area of statistics . The workflow system , a flexible customization of business processes ; ArcSDE version management mechanism is introduced into the system , a good solution to the traditional concurrency problem of low efficiency of access control , the system can support more than one person on planning maps data editing functions ; data format conversion functions to achieve a diversity of system data sources and data output , enhance data management capabilities of the system ; class area of statistical functions of land use planning business class area of real-time statistics , the preparation of the auxiliary land use planning .
