Abstract


With the development of society and economy, the living standards are continuous improvement. As a means of transport, cars are more and more deeply into people’live. Dissensions are coming out, especially the residential parking space. This article is based on this situation. Through the discussion and the analyzing of residential parking space system in Property Law, it is possible to solve the problem in Legislation and lives. It also may complete the law our country.In this paper, the basic theory of parking spaces, through the concept of parking spaces, forms and distinguish between parking spaces and building a comprehensive overview of all relationships. To the building floor area ratio and area as the legal basis for sharing, the agreement made way for the legal standards. Combining the principles of parking should follow to determine residential district, to determine the right to a parking spot.Finally, to our country "matter right law" parking regulations in the folia, Combined with the judicial practice. Parking space system of our country puts forward some countermeasures to improve china’s system parking space.
