Abstract


With the rapid development of economic construction and modern industrial , urban atmospheric pollution is worsening urban atmospheric environmental quality directly affect people's living environment and socio-economic development , and therefore more and more to get people's attention . Order to efficiently deal with urban atmospheric pollution , we must first carry out a scientific and rational evaluation of atmospheric environmental quality evaluation of the quality of atmospheric environment , science to reflect the status of atmospheric pollution , a systematic analysis of the main factors to produce atmospheric pollution , is effective to air pollution control , governance optimization atmospheric environment has important significance for the implementation of the sustainable development strategy . Atmospheric environmental quality evaluation of the data obtained by atmospheric environmental monitoring and investigation to establish the mathematical model of the system evaluation , analysis , evaluation and prediction of certain atmospheric environmental quality of the area in accordance with the atmospheric environmental standards and evaluation methods . This article discusses regional atmospheric environmental quality evaluation method . The paper analyzes the limitations of the current regional atmospheric environmental quality evaluation method , the gray systems approach to the introduction of regional atmospheric environmental quality evaluation of gray clustering analysis , gray relational analysis and its main steps . Grey Correlation Degree and the problems Secondly , summed up the general gray correlation degree defects , Absolute Grey Correlation Degree , the relative gray correlation degree and the slope gray correlation degree , although improved , the general gray correlation degree but there is still insufficient . Gray trend relational degree and then describes the nature , the gray trend reflects the closeness of the time-series trends , the gray trend relational degree and the shape of the curve , and independent of the spatial location , and also reflects the impact of the factors sequence mutual . In the empirical analysis , using gray clustering analysis method to analyze the status of regional atmospheric environmental quality , the use of GM (1,1) to predict the concentration of major pollution factor , the use of gray trend relational analysis to analyze the main pollution factor influencing factors , and finally draw the analytical conclusions given the air pollution control rationalization proposals .
