With the continuous development of the global mineral resources, the high-grade ore reserves in rapid decline, the lean ore resources and because of its low-grade, impurity high quality large number of abandoned, while producing a large number of environmental issues in addition to a waste of resources. At the same time, using traditional methods can achieve the requirements of industrial production, but the disadvantage of its high energy consumption, high pollution and high input no longer meet the demand of the industrial production. With the requirements of the development of low-grade mineral resources and to seek low-power high-yield increasing demands for low-cost, low pollution beneficiation technology, bio-leaching method came into being. Bio-leaching method using microbial acid production characteristics of mineral processing to achieve elements leaching, which is characterized by less investment, easy to manage, high leaching efficiency, low pollution, low energy consumption. This topic Phosphorous Bacteria applications and mineral processing according to domestic and foreign research status, summarizes the bioleaching of phosphorus element method. First, by comparing the different bioleaching way to the phosphorus leaching effect of the elements in the mineral known, mixing method will help improve the leaching efficiency of biological phosphorus elements. After determining the way of processing, by the comparison test of the amount of bacterial inoculum obtained in the case of a slurry concentration of 1.5%, inoculation amount of 25% can be achieved better treatment effect. The experimental to the practical application of this paper was to improve the pulp density found high pulp density of microorganisms cause greater harm to the production of acid can reduce the activity decreased gradually reduced along with the effect of pulp density increased microbial leaching phosphorus, analyzed . Finally, in order to reduce costs broth Regeneration derived bacteria leached role, although it can continue to grow, but the processing efficiency is far and before effect. By analyzing the data combined with the use of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) test means analyze the mechanism of the leaching process, the mechanism of the action of microorganisms, mainly through direct effects and indirect effects on the mineral particles role. Jarosite class precipitation generated by biological metabolism of phosphorus element adversely affected. In addition, the leaching of mineral particles dispersed in the solution is one of the main factors that affect the leaching, the higher the dispersibility of the adsorption of the bacteria on the surface is more fully, obtained in processing efficiency is more desirable. Finally, through a series of tests to prove phosphate solubilization microorganisms mixing method to extract phosphorus in phosphorus-containing mineral element method is feasible and reasonable under the conditions of the reaction, the mineral phosphorus leaching rate can reach 90%. The the biological leaching phosphorus-containing minerals phosphorus element method has a better economic and social value.
