Abstract

With economic developing and growth in the living standard, the requirements for hot water are increasing, which causes to a new consumer market of hot water,Air-source heat pump water heater will be important in this market as a high level energy conservation equipment. It can save energy, also can relieve the tight pressure of network, so, it will develop great in civil market. This researches the capability optimization of air-source heat pump water heater, and introduces the operating principle and procedure, makes the mathematic model for heat pump cycle, also discusses the effects to cycle capability caused by some elements in actual heat pump cycle, such as Heat exchanger process layout、Heat exchanger materials、Fluid velocity、system performance(COP)、compressor reactive power consumption. The article also analyses the air source heat pump hot water system with thermomechanics, which leads the good way to component capability improvement.Based on above, the article researches the principle and method for seasonality capability optimization of air-source heat pump water heater. Using the actual laboratory conditions, performance the test on different test unit with rated conditions and different environmental conditions, analyses test data, states that area and environmental conditions should also in consider when reference to COP.The article also analyses the safety requirements for heat pump, the design requirement for components and the alternate to Environmental-protection refrigerants.
