Abstract

With the development of the cause of road traffic , road safety problem has aroused extensive concern . The study showed that the road conditions account for a large proportion of the accident , especially in the cold snow areas . Coverage because of snow and ice , the driving force and the braking force of the tire in the road are significantly weakened . In order to ensure the safety of the roads open , the road maintenance department to explore the many effective methods to prevent and clear of snow and ice , is a physical non-slip method . Acta antiskid pavement in the snow after dispensing a certain amount of mineral non-slip material , so that these materials Consolidation in road snow surface , thereby to increase the coefficient of friction of the road surface within a certain time , to eliminate the impact of the snow for automobile tire friction . This paper is to study the roughness of the tires on the ice sliding friction micro numerical analysis and experimental study of surface roughness on the performance of the tire friction . This article specific work : 1, nonlinear analysis techniques based on ANSYS software to simulate the sliding contact of the tires and the road surface under the conditions of different friction coefficients , the distribution and size of the tire contact stress in different friction coefficients . 2 , according to the friction melted the theory of hydrodynamic lubrication theory , consider the coupling of the Reynolds equation and heat conduction equation , melt pressure and the thickness of the water film distribution under the the interface ice melt conditions , by calculating the contact area of the rubber block , as well as the temperature within the water film field , the analysis of the influence of various factors on the friction factor . Explore consider the waterslide performance of the tire surface roughness in the melted region , different heights , different speeds , different roughness , different textures circumstances force performance of the tires . 4 , combined with the research needs in this article , the the rubber block predecessors friction test analysis , design and the friction of the rubber material in the rough surface of the low-speed sliding friction experiments , the roughness of the pavement in the low - speed sliding rubber material on the rubber the force of the impact . After the analysis of the experimental data , given the quality of rubber sliding friction coefficient calculated with sand .
