Abstract


Rural highway development of the national economy is an important transport infrastructure. In recent years, China’s rural road construction to achieve a historic breakthrough, but the rural highway has been completed and the conservation and management still exist many problems. Therefore, to explore new rural road maintenance management long-term mechanism has become an urgent need to think about and research the major issues.In this paper, the use of public administration and public economics theory, empirical research applications and so on, learn from the research results have been based on the rural road through the inherent properties and functions of the government’s research, analysis of the existing rural road maintenance management system existing in the The main root of the problem and have put forward the rural road maintenance management measures and policy proposals for China’s rural highways cause health science to provide sustainable development decision-making.First of all, this paper on rural road attributes of the Economic Analysis.
