Abstract


Marx used the capital intensive and capital-credit and other theories explained the process of enterprise development, the development and changes in capital structure, and further analysis of the financing changes in the structure and the pros and cons of various financing methods to further explore and research has laid a theoretical foundation for project financing . Along with economic development, project finance has been widely applied, unlike traditional project financing depends on the situation of corporate finance corporate credit, it depends on the effectiveness of the project itself to acquire the form of loans to get financing. In recent years, Project finance, as the international financial market introduced a new type of financing, and has been developed into the financing of infrastructure projects one of the most effective ways. Along with investment in infrastructure projects in China have intensified, Project financing of this new type of financing have been developed. However, project financing in China due to a late start, there are more problems still at present. Therefore, China’s energy project finance research problems and how to solve these problems would have an extremely important theoretical significance and practical significance.This paper studies the financing of energy projects in China, through reviewing research literature, reviews relevant research results. First, analyzed the situation of economic globalization, energy project financing and status of the development process, and energy project financing in the context of the evolution of the international community was analyzed on the world economic environment, on the reform and opening up of China’s energy project financing, the development of the status quo and the new economic conditions, energy project financing, the development of some of the new features in-depth analysis of, and focused on the socialist market economy under the conditions of accelerating the need for financing energy projects. Second, financing of electric power plants to Bangladesh as an example to reveal the existence of our country’s energy project finance in some of the problems, take Meng Electricity Group Limited Company’s project financing as an example, form project feasibility analysis, internal and external financing environment, the interests protection and project finance’s laws and regulations, this paper analysis the problems of project financing in China. Third, Meng power projects for China’s successful experience in energy project financing provided by a number of references. As to the problems of project financing in China, We made four specific recommendations, including establish a scientific system of the project feasibility analysis, improvement the internal and external environment of project financing, strengthen the mechanisms of the interests’protection, and improve the system of laws and regulations. Last, Bangladesh power project financing through mapping the development prospects of China’s energy project financing, This paper analysis the capacity of resources available, the investment prospects of China’s energy projects and investment opportunities, the finance policy environment faced of China’s energy project and project finance models, and revealed the prospects of China’s energy prospects in the development of project financing.
