With the continuous development of China’s foreign trade,by the the impact of international financial crisis and market demand, building materials market’s price is instable and volatile,that cause it difficult to control construction costs for construction units engaged in construction engineering,real estate companies and other related industry, at the same time it is also very difficult to grasp market trends and development trends. The instability and uncertainty of market prospects in the synthesis, is bound to impact construction units and real estate market profit,which can not be expected. If Construction units and real estate construction projects want to ensure the market returns and increase economic benefits, they must reply on the construction interior management practices to achieve.Through the research of construction material management model, according to the principle of "appropriate and adequate, actual and practical",this paper proposes a point that compressing materials’ cost is the expansion of profit. Strengthening the construction material management, from the investigation materials, procurement, distribution, use,accounting processes, replying on scientific and standardized management, modern information processing means, to achieve cost control. Research contents are as follows:1. Analysing the status and research background of domestic and foreign construction material management, which result in domestic and foreign construction enterprises to material management cost control’s study and discussion.2. For current status of construction enterprise materials management, this paper carefully analysis the role, status and effectiveness of materials management in enterprise management,and acomprehensively analysis internal and external environmental factors of companies.3. Making the whole construction as the main line to improve material management process, detailedly analysis methods of operation of five major process, specifically manage for each process, and forme a set of effective construction project materials management system process.4. Nearly two years, through a lot of investigation and research, technical analysis, participated in the preparation of means of production collaborative management information system. This system is a information platformfor equipment which is base on equipment management and materials management of large construction enterprises. The system adopts B/S structure to build which applied the most advanced B/S development model presently to this system.
