Abstract

Objective: To investigate of VEGF expression of p27 in ovarian cancer angiogenesis, clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis significance in ovarian cancer development. Methods: application of immunohistochemistry SABC method and semi-quantitative analysis method detected 30 cases of normal ovarian tissue and 62 cases of malignant ovarian tumors, VEGF, of p27 expression and microvessel density (MVD). Analysis of ovarian cancer histological classification, clinical stage, ascites, lymph node metastasis and prognosis. Results: 1. Ovarian cancer clinical stage and pathological grading MVD MVD in different clinical stages and pathological grades of ovarian cancer was significantly higher than the normal control group (p <0.01); Phase I, II, Ⅲ, Ⅳ stage significant differences (P <0.01) Ⅰ and Ⅲ period can have a significant difference (P <0.01), with higher FIGO stage, ovarian cancer tissue the MVD gradually increased; Ⅰ, Ⅱ grade Ⅲ grade significant differences (P <0.01) with the grading higher MVD in ovarian cancer tissue gradually increased. 2. Ovarian cancer tissue VEGF and p27 protein positive expression rate of p27 protein in ovarian cancer tissue expression weakened, the positive expression rate was 29.03%, compared with the normal control group, a significant difference (p <0.01); serous cystadenocarcinoma 30.43% of the positive expression rate of p27 protein expression in mucinous cystadenocarcinoma p27 protein positive expression rate of 28.57% between the two groups was no significant difference (p> 0.05). Enhanced VEGF protein in ovarian cancer tissues, the positive expression rate was 90.32%, compared with the control group, a significant difference (p <0.01) and protein expression of VEGF positive expression rate was 93.48%; serous adenocarcinoma, mucinous cystadenocarcinoma of VEGF protein expression was 92.86% between the two groups was no significant difference (p> 0.05). 3 ovarian cancer in different clinical staging p27 and VEGF protein PI values ??different clinical staging of ovarian cancer of VEGF protein expression PI values ??were significantly higher, with the normal control group comparison there is a significant difference (p-<0.01); expression of p27 protein expression PI values ??significantly with increased , Ⅱ, Ⅲ period, Ⅳ and normal control group were significantly different (p <0.01); PI values ??between the different clinical stages of ovarian cancer, VEGF and p27 expression were significantly different (p <0.05, p <0.01). . 4 ovarian cancer of different pathological grading p27 and VEGF protein PI values ??compare different pathological grading of ovarian cancer, VEGF expression PI values ??were significantly higher, with the normal control group comparison there is a significant difference (p-<0.01); of p27 expression PI values ??significantly with increased, Ⅱ grade class III with normal control group, a significant difference (p <0.01); enhanced with increasing pathological grade, VEGF expression reduced p27 expression between different pathological grades of ovarian cancer compared significant differences (p <0.05, p <0.01). 5 different pathological types of ovarian cancer, p27 and VEGF protein PI values ??of different histological types of ovarian cancer, VEGF and p27 expression value of PI was no significant difference (p> 0.05). 6 ovarian cancer, p27 and VEGF protein positive expression rate and the amount of ascites, lymph node metastasis relationship without lymph node metastasis the VEGF protein positive expression rate was 75.00%, the p27 protein positive expression rate of 25.00%. Have lymphatic metastasis VEGF protein expression was 97.37%, the positive expression rate increased, compared with no lymph node metastasis, there are significant significant difference (p-<0.05); expression of p27 protein positive expression rate of 34.21%, and without lymph node metastasis comparison, without significantly with sex differences (p> 0.05). Protein expression rate was 95.41% in the the ascites volume ≥ 500ml ovarian cancer tissue, VEGF and p27 protein positive expression rate of 36.82%; ascites volume <500ml, VEGF protein expression rate of 74.86%, the amount of ascites ≥ 500ml VEGF positive expression rate increased compared with the amount of ascites <500ml, a significant difference (p <0.01), p27 protein expression was 21.43%, compared with the amount of ascites <500ml, no significant difference (p> 0.05). Conclusion: 1.MVD of VEGF and P27 protein expression abnormalities generated with ovarian cancer, vascular, clinical stage, pathological grade, lymph node metastasis, the amount of ascites there are some internal relations; 2.MVD, VEGF and P27 is ovarian cancer clinically important biological markers involved in the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer, detection of MVD, VEGF and P27 protein expression has important reference value to judge the degree of malignancy of ovarian cancer and the prognosis.
