Abstract


Objective: To study the the ILK, PI3-K expression levels in normal and preeclampsia placenta , to further clarify the role of of ILK, PI3-K in preeclampsia pathogenesis . Method: choose cesarean delivery from September 2005 to April 2006 in Union Hospital , Huazhong University of Science and Technology single tire the term placenta organizations ; were divided into three groups: 15 cases of mild preeclampsia , severe preeclampsia group (n = 10) cases, 15 cases of the control group . ; By immunohistochemistry SP method detected 15 cases of normal late pregnancy and 25 patients with preeclampsia ( mild preeclampsia and 15 cases , 10 cases of severe preeclampsia ) ILK and PI3-K expression in the placenta ; reverse transcription - polymerase The polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) to detect normal pregnancy and preeclampsia placental trophoblast cells the ILK-mRNA expression levels . Results: PI3 -K expression were strongly positive expression in normal pregnancy and mild preeclampsia placenta ILK , in a slight expression of severe preeclampsia , both have a very significant difference ( P lt ; 0.05). ILK-mRNA relative expression levels in the normal group , mild preeclampsia , severe preeclampsia group were 1.27 ± 0.48,1.06 ± 0.45 and 0.67 ± 0.13 , and the mRNA expression of severe preeclampsia group was significantly lower than the normal group and mild preeclampsia ( P lt; 0.05 ) , but the differences in normal group and mild preeclampsia no significant sex ( P gt ; 0.05) . Conclusion : ILK, PI3-K is involved in the pathogenesis of severe preeclampsia , its one of the mechanisms of placental synthesis and secretion of ILK , reduce the amount of PI3- K placenta angiogenesis may reduce placental villi ischemia and hypoxia , eventually lead to the occurrence of severe preeclampsia . Therefore speculated that the ILK, PI3-K predict severe preeclampsia pathogenesis certain .
