Abstract

Objective: to two-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasound healthy people with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients with kidney, analysis of kidney morphology and hemodynamic characteristics under different conditions, of diabetic patients with kidney into a high filtration state when the ultrasound changes to provide a reliable reference indicators for early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy, help guide the clinical treatment and prognosis. : Random sample of 20 to 69-year-old healthy subjects were 300 cases as control group, 20 to 29 years old, 30 to 39 years, 40 to 49 years, 50 to 59 years, 60 to 69 years each age 60 cases, while 60 cases between the ages of 40 to 49-year-old newly diagnosed patients with type II diabetes as diabetic group. The 360 ??subjects: 1. Line renal ultrasound, measuring the size of the kidneys and blood flow parameters, and the resulting data standardization; 2 healthy control group cystatin C measurement of glomerular filtration rate (GFR ), radionuclide scanning of the diabetic group and the healthy control group of the same age, were measured both kidneys GFR; 3. diabetic group 120 kidney GFR values ??divided into of GFR normal group and abnormal GFR group, ultrasound comparative analysis of measurement results with the healthy control group of the same age. The two groups were compared using t-test between groups were compared using analysis of variance among the groups x ~ 2 test was used to compare the sample rate, the parameters of the correlation analysis using multivariate analysis. SPSS13.0 statistical package for statistical analysis, P <0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: The normal kidney volume range between 68 to 168 ml of the standardized normal kidney volume ranged from 41 to 82ml / m 2, the size and sex of the kidney was no significant correlation, correlation with age. Diabetic nephropathy than in healthy people of the same age volume increases, especially in the high filtration increased significantly, mainly to the increase of the thickness of the kidney, mainly kidney enlargement. Increase in volume in the high filtration kidney and renal blood flow as the main sonographic findings, when kidney volume> 80ml / m 2, renal blood flow 250ml/min/m prompt kidney ultrafiltration state, kidney volume and renal blood flow and GFR was positively related to the flow velocity and resistance index change is not obvious. Conclusion: Early diabetic patients ultrasound examination, measurement of kidney volume and renal blood flow, to detect the state of the kidney filtration prediction of diabetic kidney disease.
