Abstract


As an economic development frontier and a major tourism region, Zhejiang Province has put a lot of efforts on holiday traveling development in recent years, especially on the construction of holiday resort. However, the regulatory plan which is the key reference of developing and constructing guide has obvious deficiencies and disadvantages, such as the contradiction between exploitation and protection that has caused wide public concern already. Taking the case of Jieshou Zone belongs to Qiandao Lake, we make a thoroughly analysis on the main problem which occurred during the regulatory plan establishment of lake & mountain-tourist holiday zone, seek the practical method of holiday zone planning, create the index system of zoning controlling and classification leading.
