Abstract


Outward Bound is transformed from a modern military training during World War II, a new way of learning , designed specifically relevant and challenging curriculum , and all sorts of typical scenes and activities , teams and individuals undergoing a series of tests to hone perseverance to overcome difficulties , develop healthy psychological qualities and positive attitude towards life , enhance team awareness of an experiential learning ways to expand the training on the students' physical and mental health , willpower , teamwork improving the overall quality good exercise value expanding training its new teaching ideas and teaching methods into the secondary school physical education for secondary school physical education to inject new blood , but also broaden the vision for the future physical education curriculum content and methods of reform expand the training to help improve the quality of students ' physical and mental , can enhance physical shape calm and decisive , indomitable courage to explore , to overcome the difficulties quality will help to enhance the students' social adaptability and teamwork to help students good habits of thinking and rigorous work attitude . This article is based on improving the physical education curriculum of junior high school students based on combining the requirements of quality education in the new basic education curriculum reform , in order to measure the the Outward Bound compliance and achieve the teaching objectives , analysis and presentation of the basic theory and practice . Outward Bound is an important teaching methods in physical education teaching , it can not only make a judgment and evaluation of teachers teaching and students in a timely manner , and the sports classroom teaching plays a direct role in guiding . The sports teaching Expansion training to improve the quality of the educational needs of the new curriculum of physical education and health , the right to carry out development training courses to improve sports classroom teaching plays a vital role .
