Abstract

Outward Bound refers to the use of the natural environment of mountains, lakes, islands, or special situations, artificially designed, to allow trainees to join them, and the effective use of the power of an individual or team to deal with the specific challenges and solve practical problems, activities sentiment from personal experience the implication of the concept, obtained by reflecting on the knowledge to change behavior,"to challenge themselves、 strengthen the mind、inspire potential、melting team "of the purpose, this kind of thinking development or psychological training mode called Outward Bound.This study on the basis of access to large amounts of literature to expand the impact of experimental training of junior school students and the introduction of physical education and health curriculum feasibility study, the main application of literature, questionnaire, interview, experiment, Mathematical Statistics Attaining Introducing junior high school physical education curriculum and other research methods, theoretical analysis and experimental research.The results showed that:through teaching junior high school students a15-week Outward Bound, a significant difference to improve sporting interest in learning, improve the level of mental health, hyperplasia social adaptability and teamwork in general, the impact of various dimensions were also significant differences.②Expand training more significant effect for training junior high team spirit, so will expand training for students of teamwork as a priority means.③The level of mental health, for the improvement of obsessive-compulsive symptoms and paranoid these two dimensions in the period of the trial period is not very significant, extend the experimental time and change the experimental projects, pending further experimental research.④Sports interest in learning, development training courses to enhance students’ experience happiness, sports participation, and proactive impact on this dimension was not significant, analysts believe that by changing the experiment content, extend the experimental teaching time, continue explore the expansion of training courses on student initiative dimension.⑤To adjust to society and expand the significant effect of training in changing social adaptability good general social adaptability students, far less than the change of social adaptability and poor social adaptability students, analysts believe that the extension of experimental teaching depth continue to explore ways to expand the training sessions and breadth of the impact of these two dimensions of poor social adaptability and social adaptability. ⑥Access to a large amount of literature based on teaching experiment that can expand the training project introduction of the junior high school physical education and health curriculum, rich, challenging the one hand, to expand the content of the training courses and other physiological characteristics and high school students, psychological the characteristics adapted well received by students like, on the other hand, the material and human resources of the school is modified and training can basically meet the requirements to have its significance to promote the reform of the education model and improve students’ overall quality.
