This paper first analyzed in the context of the examination-oriented education , the enrollment rate is the only indicator to measure the level of the school . Therefore , the enrollment rate of students , students' test scores became the sole criterion of evaluation of teachers . Heavy burden on teachers . The implementation of the new curriculum reform , brought new changes to the education industry . Under this premise and background , the status of the burden on teachers is how are we doing ? Through questionnaires, interviews , surveys and other methods of the burden of Suzhou City high school chemistry teachers in the new curriculum context research . Understand the overall view of Suzhou city high school chemistry teachers in the new curriculum reform , teaching workload changes , changes in teaching and research work burden , the burden of other work changes . Described the working conditions of the city 's high school chemistry teacher . Analysis of the new curriculum reform to bring change to give them the burden . Classification of findings compared the results before the work burden of the city in different types of schools , different grades of high school chemistry teachers with the new curriculum reform . Analyze the factors causing this situation , the authors of the new textbook writers and trainers of the new curriculum reform this situation , education authorities and schools and teachers put forward recommendations to improve the situation . I hope through this research can provide some valuable information and recommendations reflect a side in which the process of the implementation of the new curriculum reform , in order to better promote the new round of curriculum reform .
