Abstract


With the arrival of the information age, information has increasingly become the most active in all areas of society, the most decisive factor. Comprehensive ability of the person on the information society challenges, information literacy is an important part of the Information Society human ability, is the basic viability of every member of society, learning society \essential qualities of learning \As the initial state of life of the individual, the early childhood stage significance Needless doubt. The face of education virtualization, co-operative, the lifetime of the future society, information literacy elementary education is imperative for young children. In Pan media environment in early childhood literacy training has its particularity, either in theory or in the practice of operational needs further exploration. The pan-media environment are cumulative, integrity, diversity, and interactive features, the pan-media environment virtual, repetitive, subjective, one-sided more prominent. From the perspective of pan-media environment to study early childhood literacy training, through the analysis of the structural factors of the pan-media environment, content factors, symbols factors and children to prove child individual cognitive relations with the media, and ultimately to young children after learning to build a robust sustainability cognitive structure. Literature search, questionnaires, individual interviews and phenomena observed, young children have certain skills and awareness, lack of child care information literacy, mainly in young children the ability to understand and critique the lack of information on: (1) the lack of identifying information about the true degree of capacity: (2) lack of information about the ability to choose; (3) the lack of ability to understand information. Infants' understanding and the ability to critically missing is the biggest obstacle for young children to build cognitive structure. Analysis can be seen, the pan-media environment, child care information literacy training to face a series of problems: (1) not with the use of kindergarten, the family, the rationalization of the social media environment built; (2) early childhood teachers and parents information literacy level improve: children (3) the ability to critically improve. The lack of information literacy of young children under the pan-media environment and the problems faced by the Child Care Information Literacy training: children (1) kindergarten teaching information literacy training; life (2) child care information literacy training. The basic strategy is to: (1) to improve kindergarten media environment; (2) to adjust the structure of the kindergarten curriculum; (3) reasonable use of social home media environment: (4) improve the IT literacy of parents (5) strengthen the technical resources and support.
