Comparing with ordinary steel, FRP reinforced possess high strength, low density, corrosion resistance, resistance to fatigue and many other advantages. Currently, it has become a hot research field of civil engineering at home and abroad. Structure with Prestressed FRP bars can be effectively controlled excessive deformation and cracking and take full advantage of the high-strength of FRP tendons. Using the high-strength structure with Prestressed FRP bars into the ductile reinforced concrete structures, can make up for lateral stiffness under overload conditions. In turn, reinforced concrete structure aslo make up for FRP reinforced concrete structure weakness of insufficient ductility. The light of existing research results, normal state of deformation and cracking and a sign bearing capacity requirements of Prestressed Concrete Frame with FRP Tendons are able to meet the requirements under vertical loads. Therefore, this study focuses on lateral performance of the Prestressed Concrete Frame with FRP Tendons and mixed Concrete Frame. In this paper, using of existing test results and the finite element method to establish the framework of reinforcedconcrete and prestressed FRP reinforced concrete frame of the finite element model. Then compare the performance of the lateral, and analysis of prestressed FRP reinforced concrete frame lateral factors. And further using of the existing mode to extabilsh a two-span ordinary steel-prestressed FRP reinforced concrete frame and to compare with two-span ordinary reinforced concrete frame and two spans prestressed FRP reinforced concrete frame. Draw the following conclusions:1 FRP reinforced ratio and the elastic modulus are the main factors of lateral performance of concrete frame with prestressed FRP reinforced. The increase in effective prestress framework can also be an appropriate increase in the lateral performance, but slightly smaller than the former two2 Reinforced concrete frame and prestressed FRP reinforced concrete frame both under normal conditions of use are greater lateral rigidity. After yielding, the ductility of ordinary reinforced concrete frame is better than prestressed FRP reinforced concrete frame, But the ultimate lateral load is lower than the prestressed FRP reinforced concrete frame.3 Reinforced concrete frame have a better early stiffness and ductility after yielding good performance. Prestressed FRP reinforced concrete frame have a good early stiffness and a slight decrease in yield stiffness, ultimate load is stronger than normal reinforced concrete frame, but later the poor ductility. Ordinary steel-prestressed FRP reinforced concrete frame have a good stiffness under normal use, late stiffness better than the ordinary reinforced concrete frame, ductility better than the prestressed FRP reinforced concrete frame. For the less demanding of ductility of the structure, can use frame structure that consist of all the Prestressed Concrete Frame with FRP Tendons. For the higer demanding of ductility of the structure, can use frame structure that consist of mixed fame structure and the configuration depend on ductility.
