Abstract

Group organizations in order to achieve a common goal, composed of individuals , able to direct or indirect communication, interdependence and mutual influence population structure . With the continuous expansion of the size of the organization , the growing complexity of the organizational structure , as well as organizational changes in the environment of an increase , an organization 's survival and development are increasingly facing more uncertainty . Traditional sociological theory and organization theory research methods are somewhat static , and the lack of overall dynamic analysis . Development of complex adaptive systems theory and computer simulation modeling technology advances , and provides a new perspective on the the groups organization 's research . Based on complex adaptive system theory , groups, organizations formation process model . The model is composed of three parts of the environment , between the subject and the rules of conduct between the main body and the environment . The virtual space of the environment constituted by the two-dimensional grid said Agent body , on which the random distribution . Microscopic principal rules of conduct composed of groups organized by extracting the subject of a variety of intelligent properties and decision-making behavior , as well as the interaction between the subject and the body , the main environmental rules ; then Swarm platform using the Java side object-oriented programming techniques , the use of computer modeling method based on the main model . Finally, the platform through a graphical interface to the model simulation control and set to transform the number of members on the platform at the same time , have the resources and interactive behavior parameter values ??to simulate reality in different forms of group organizations ; the emergence of the organization , the law of motion of the organization and organizational changes in the development of simulation experiments . Groups formed by the overall dynamic evolution observed in the visualization window , and simulation model emerged in the results of the analysis , pointed out the key factors that influence the groups organizational change development . Simulation results reflect some of the characteristics of the actual populations of tissue formation .
