Abstract


This dissertation analyzes the housing market, consumers, employees, upstream and downstream industries and trade associations from different perspecticves on the housing decoration industry in Changsha.Then conclude the the current situation of Changsha housing decoration industry.Even the houing decoration industry in Changsha has started late, also the industry criterion needs to be well improved, it has witnessed speedy growth in a short span of time and already been the important part of construction industry in Changsha. The consumer of residential decoration has matured with each passing day, but the brand loyalty level still be low.There is no a scientific and authoritative index system for measuring and evaluating the residential adornment designer in Changsha who has various level of ability.The whole quality level of targeted applicator on jobsite is low, also the stuff turnover is high.Various sectors of education is in the ascendant, and the provincial furniture furnishings design center set up.The industrial association has been setting related standards, but the function of public service platform in information needs to be strengthened. It forms three area-east, west and south-holds the decoration material market and the development of the decoration materials supermarket comes to a standstill.But the quality and scale of booth market has been upgrading.The sales channels of soft decorative materials in Changsha have been sluggish, and the sell fields are small and dispersive.According to the actuality of the housing decoration industry in Changsha and the universal rule of industry development in advanced region,the judgments about those main factors which affect this industry development and the major trends are made:1.With the deepening of economic integration level for Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan,the production factors of regional housing decoration industry has more and more better optimal allocation,and the trend of industry division and market integration has been more visible.Changsha housing decoration industry forms new regional industry development pattern which has complementary advantage with Zhuzhou and Xiangtan on the base of traditional industry. Now the Changsha traditional decoration market regional concept has been shattered, so the potential market scope has enlarged obviously.2. The spreading of " Boutique house" is irresistible trend, and its one-time completement requirement bring both challenge and opportunity to Changsha home decoration enterprises. This situation also has tested these enterprises’ability to accommodate market, internal management system and resources reorganization power, it also improves their standard and scope development, promote whole home decoration industry in Changsha.3. In order to break the bottleneck in industry development after price war, Changsha housing decoration enterprises have innovated development model, some young business models such as standard construction, factory production, packaged quote have mingled and then perfected themselves, which improve brand decoration enterprise’s competitive ability in service discrepancy, speedup industry development trend to diversification, profession, scope and standard.4. The development of those residential adornment productive service industries, such as insurance, consumer credit, stocked market, science& technology and information service, promote the optimization and update of housing decoration industry structure in Changsha, which become the important approach for industry transfer its development direction.
