Abstract


As the rapid development of internet technology, there’re more requests for enterprise informationazation. Systems based on advanced managing concepts such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), SCM (Supply Chain Management) and e-commerce have been the trend of enterprises’application systems. As the degree of enterprise informationazation improves continuously, the difficulty of the communion between different application systems used by enterprise has been a big problem. At the same time, since different application systems have different deploying platform, programming language and communication protocols, EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) has become an important subject of enterprise informationazation.The system structure of Web Services and its related key technologies– XML (Extensible Markup Language), SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol), UDDI (Universal Description, Discovery, and Integration), and WSDL (Web Service Description Language) - have been discussed in detail. Based on this, NWSEAI (New Web Services based Enterprise Application Integration) has been designed, in order to solve the problems of traditional EAI solutions, which are systems’nonidentity and difficulty in cooperation. The design principles of NWSEAI have been set forth, and its fundamental frame, module partition, work flow and characteristics have been discussed too.As the key module of NWSEAI,‘service integrating engine’provides the supports for publish, request, query and invoke of web services. Aim at the basic needs of a kind of special application, the components of‘service integrating engine’- message center, service manager, communicating center, service combiner, BPEL generator, and combined service processor - have been detailedly devised and realized.NWSEAI has already been applied into a project -‘General information platform of Hubei Chutian chemical Ltd.’. Facts indicate that NWSEAI can realize flexible and efficient integration of different application systems, and has some practical value.
