Abstract


It is not so long since Chinese enterprises have carried out strategy management and especially the time of privacy enterprisecarrying out strategy management is very short.It is very important to privacy enterprises how to fix correctly position of enterprises and grasp the future development direction. Hengshui Chinese Railyway Corporation is an excellent privacy enterprise and if it wants to live in the hard market competition and keep sustainable development and be the best and the most excellent one and continue to improve core ability and market competiton ability of the enterprise it must studies on carefully enterprise development strategy and establish suitable development strategy. On the base of the theory of internal and external enterprise strategy management by the analysis of inside and outside of enterprise environment the article puts forward the chance and threatens of the enterprises in ouside environment and adopts the method of layers analysis and fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate core ability of Hengshui Chinese Railyway Corporation and finally the article finds out advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise; on the basic of environmental analysis it gives SWOT analysis matrix and establish development strategy and puts forward specific measurements in the direction of orgnization structure, marketing, financial management and human resources and probes the construction of strategy control system.The innovation of the article is to construct core ability evaluation index system of Hengshui Chinese Railyway Corporation. Through rational index and index layer the article uses layer analysis to define index weight and on this base it uses fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation method to have whole evaluation to core ability of enterprise. The conclusion of the article can give beneficial reference to enterprise’s reform and development and gives advices to other enterprises.
