Abstract


The main work of knowledge management is to excavate available knowledge for an enterprise (explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge), and to organize knowledge to realize knowledge sharing and full utilization, to realize enterprise value-adding. Hence, Knowledge management is complicated system engineering and requires man-machine collaboration to accomplish.To study the knowledge management only from the view of IT will exaggerate effect and value of machine. Nevertheless, to study the knowledge management from the view of man may exaggerate effect and value of man. Neither of them takes man-machine collaboration into accounts and realizes man-machine harmony. The relationship between the man which takes possession of the explicit knowledge and the machine which takes possession of the tacit knowledge must be correctly handled in order to realize man-machine harmony.This paper has a further analysis on enterprise knowledge management network, and makes a knowledge super-network model of enterprise, integrating the cooperation relation network (work flow), explicit knowledge network, tacit knowledge network and society relation network in one progress to study. The author studies the mechanism and way of the enterprise knowledge organization and transfer from the angle of knowledge management, and emphasizes on the knowledge organization and transfer centered on the human being. After full representation of the link and the knowledge flow among all levels of networks, the author makes a network model for knowledge organization and sharing, and establishes a knowledge super network simplified model for business organizations. In the model matching of knowledge about demand and supply , knowledge value-adding and knowledge transfer through network interactions are discussed.On the base of studying super-network model, the author conceives the field of medical ontology, designs and realizes the initiative knowledge service system on the base of ontology and workflow on the cooperative relationship-network. More details: based on the fact that when the medical experts of cooperation network consult the patient, the system can generalize electronic case history through the limit condition automation and ontology concept, the system may also get relative medical knowledge document through calculating the degree of document similarity by eigenvector and then initiatively give them to workflow position experts as reference.
