Abstract

"The technological project and achievement docking exchange the platform" through the construction, may impel the whole city to introduce everywhere vanguard technologies and the high quality talented person, may promote various scientific research courtyard institute and the expert and enterprise’s exchange, propagandizes and demonstrates the whole city the enterprise and the technological progress condition.This article has analyzed the system development background as well as the domestic and foreign platform system’s development present situation; Described the subject matter which briefly the system needs to solve; The outline described system’s overall service condition and the system requirements parsing process; Described the system development pattern and continuously the integrated development environment; Introduced the system overall construction in detail and so on; Has carried on the description to the system core business system’s detailed design;This article solves the key question has the following several aspects:First: "the technological project and achievement docking exchange the platform" the system are a WEB gateway serve the platform, should use "the credible J2EE computation technology" to cause the application system platform organically fuses with the trust and the authorized service technology, uses the safety mechanism design, according to provides the service the processing flow, the definite system’s peaceful closed region divides, and formulates the corresponding security policy, the guarantee user in the service integration, the information sharing and the exchange aspect security. Therefore should carry on the innovative design in the security. Second: In the digital content management, to the technological project, the human resources information realizes on-line submission, the verification, the issue, realizes on-line infonnation automatic docking, realizes supply and demand functions and so on both sides on-line discussion, exchange, cooperation intention sign, makes every effort has certain innovation in technical and in the business management way.Third: Establishes the systems operation to maintain the platform, mainly includes the information verification issue and the service maintains two major parts. The service structural design mainly divides into the WEB service centralism verification and the WEB service issue. The safety mechanism design mainly divides into the internal peaceful closed region division, system’s interface control, the network management operation safe audit.
