As a new section of urban areas, Central Business District (CBD) has formed the unique construction community and the spatial form for its special function in urban areas.It has brought great economic development to urban areas and even larger region by its rich connotation and strong vigor. At the same time, the remarkable symbolic of spatial form for CBD has became an important affects on the overall style of urban areas. All in all, to summarize experiences from CBD Urban Design is good to raise the city layout level and enhance the urban image and form the city culture.Moreover, it helps us to bring maximization benefit to CBD at the piont of urban design by taking policy and technology as the foundation and comprehensiving various factors, such as spatial, economy, humanities and so on.This essay begins with the summary of the background,inner strength and development trends of the CBD.Base on the study of CBD’s spatial form character and the research on CBD case in and out of China, the essay analyzes the CBD’s construction situation in the western developed countries and the problems existing in China’s CBD construction.Finally, connect with the construction and using effect of CBD in Shenzhen, the essay intend to find a way to CBD Urban Design according to our own situation.Through the research on the built CBD home and abroad, This essay bring out methods for Urban Design by its achievement of the CBD practice.The basic point of the essay is that how to plan high-efficient, comfortable,healthy urban space that meet era demand’s and human nature’s needs to the countrys those have the potentiality to develop CBD, to expect our country to be hot to build urban design of CBD have a clear goal and practice methods.
