Abstract


Portable multimedia player (PMP), which is usually said MP4 has become a new hot spot in the consumer products after following MP3 . PMP 's main advantages : easy to carry and play high-quality audio / video files directly ; can also browse the pictures, as well as the use of mobile hard disk ; , PMP also no longer as a mere entertainment , multimedia playback capabilities can only be regarded as the product attachments in a , it is more important as a platform on which to increase the variety of useful features , such as GPS satellite navigation , games , digital partner , mobile TV , wireless Internet access and other functions . PMP player not only the need to limit the size of the body , the more important is the need for a higher compression efficiency , higher image quality video compression techniques , and related codec chip . ADSP BF561 Blackfin family of high-performance products for a variety of applications in multimedia and communications .
