Scaffold is very important temporary facility in construction. With the development of modern architecture project and the more higher structure, scaffold confronted with crises of the lack of bearing capacity, then the traditional calculation form can not satisfy the requirement.This dissertation research on scaffold structure analysis. It present integral calculation which is improved and based on the method of hinged joint and establishment diagram of calculation. Then the method is applied in actual project and proved its effectiveness.A set of“Scaffold Safety Design”software which can design and calculate scaffold is developed for making scaffold integral calculation more convenient and reliable. This dissertation introduce kernel program, function, structure, applied process of the software.This dissertation indicated that integral calculation is reasonable, the software which is based on this method have advantages on function, reliability and precision. In a word, it has a promising prospect in engineering practice.
