Abstract


In 1999, the reforming of university logistics began. With the furthering of the reforming, new requirement of the range and the quality of university logistics arose. And the original backward management method and means could not meet the needs of the outsourcing reforming and market competition. Raising logistics management, promoting internal operation efficiency and strengthening service sense have become the essential condition for logistics entity’s survival and development. Introducing modern computer network technology to take overall information management has become the necessary route for the logistics development.The thesis research the logistics information establishment with Wuhan Huagong Food & Beverage Service Co. Ltd. as the case. The thesis firstly describes the current condition of university logistics information system building up and the necessity of building up the university logistics information system, then analyzes the four stages of the development of the university logistics information system building up. Then the definition of logistics information platform is introduced. The paper then analyzes the current condition of the company’s information building up from four respects: business analysis, organization structure, information building up current condition and the requirement. The paper suggests the project of establishing network platform, illustrating the performance project and system mode in detail, and describes four modes: automatic office system, finance management system, purchase management system and operation system, and emphasizing on finance management system and core business, which is catering management system. Finally the paper offers several key issues. However, because of the author’s shortage of experience, there is no exploration into reorganization of structure and resetting of business work flow.
