Abstract

Accelerated economic globalization and regional economic integration process, advanced configuration of the global industrial transfer and the globalization of production resources. The rapid development of China's economy and foreign trade, the status of the factory of the world has been established to promote the rapid development of China's port industry, prompting has also been a substantial increase in the number and size of the coastal ports. Port increasing level position in the regional economy and even the national economy, the growing role to enhance regional economic competitiveness. After years of development, China has initially formed the group of the three major ports: one around the building of Shanghai as the center, Jiangsu and Zhejiang as an international shipping center and the two wings of the developed Yangtze River Delta port cluster; Hong Kong is an international shipping center core Pearl River Delta, Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Guangzhou to Hong Kong as the main port group; Third, the construction of an important international shipping center in Northeast Asia as the main goal, form a unique development in Dalian, Tianjin and Qingdao Port Bohai Bay port cluster. Firstly, the use of the Granger causality test and analysis methods to study the relationship between ports and the hinterland economy. Port throughput growth of port direct economic hinterland of GDP increase in the overall reason for each other, and such a good mutual promotion effect can last 2 to 5 years. Reveals the driving force behind the recent years the rapid development of China's port, to prove the level of development of the hinterland economy has a tremendous impact on the competitiveness of our port. Technical efficiency of its significance to the development is put into the port to achieve minimize or maximize the effectiveness of the measure, to improve the technical efficiency of the port. The paper uses data envelopment (DEA) empirical analysis of the technical efficiency of the Bohai Rim ports, and then as a factor affecting the port comprehensive competitiveness port comprehensive competitiveness factor analysis. On the basis of the above work, based on the theory of competitive, starting from the basic meaning of the competitiveness of our port, compared Bohai Sea Port Group in Dalian Port, Tianjin Port, Qingdao Port, Yingkou Port, Yantai Port, Qinhuangdao Port and Rizhao Port port conditions and operating environment, including infrastructure, throughput, set the distribution condition hinterland economy and development potential. Subsequently, the establishment of the including the Port technology efficiency, hinterland economic indicators index system, using factor analysis method to analyze the comprehensive strength of the seven ports: the strongest economic growth of Tianjin Port's hinterland port throughput growth leading role; Qingdao Hong Kong Productivity highest development potential; Dalian Port in recent years, the development of relatively conservative, but has an advantage in infrastructure and production capacity. Comprehensive study of this paper, the development of the Bohai Rim hub port each with distinct characteristics. In order to ensure a reasonable construction of Bohai Sea Port Group and coordinated development, this paper put forward the strategic planning of the construction of Bohai Sea Port Group, the three major hub port in the ports to cooperate fully on the basis of competitive differentiation, driven by foreign economic Bohai Rim rapid development.
