Abstract


Construction Alternatives to achieve the project objectives , to increase investment income, to avoid investment risk, based on the project 's scientific decision-making plays a key role . Previous construction scheme comparison depends on the subjective judgment of experts , the lack of scientific comparison and selection methods and applicability , comparison and selection process to be further optimized . Construction Scheme Selection Based on the basic theory and methods to construct a model construction scheme selection , improved construction scheme selection process . This paper described the role of the construction scheme comparison , tasks and content analysis of building Alternatives specific requirements and common methods and comparison processes, and then expounded the construction scheme selection is based on the theory of system construction projects , sustainable development theory and comprehensive evaluation theory . On this basis , explores the ordered weighted averaging operator and consistency of export ordered weighted averaging operator and its application to the construction scheme comparison links among the constructed model building Alternatives proposed building program than election processes. Article empirical analysis , inviting several construction project management experts, alternatives are multi-angle , multi-level analysis and comparison , the use of constructed comparison of model -building programs and processes to elect the optimal building programs scientific validation of the model and applicability . Finally, a summary of the full text , thesis points out the lack of prospects for its application prospects , and proposed a new research direction for its future .
