Abstract


Actively promote urbanization in rural areas is related to agriculture, rural areas and farmers . Realize urbanization are the driving force behind the \Improve the quality of rural urbanization , exploring the road of urbanization with Chinese characteristics in rural areas , is conducive to the regulatory provision of risk and misunderstanding of rural urbanization , in favor of rural urbanization into the healthy development track . Strengthen the basic theoretical aspects of the quality of rural urbanization . Previous studies , mainly from urban competitiveness , urban-rural integration and urbanization rate to illustrate the quality of rural urbanization . Economics and the scientific concept of development as the theoretical guidance of how to quantify and evaluate the quality of rural urbanization countermeasures proposed to improve the quality of rural urbanization . This paper is divided into five parts . The first part of the introduction, the background and significance of the research , the research status at home and abroad , the paper studies the content and structure of the arrangement , as well as research methods . The basic theory of the second part of the quality of rural urbanization , including : rural urbanization and the meaning of the quality of rural urbanization , rural urbanization quality theoretical research . The third part of rural urbanization quality evaluation system , including : the factors that affect the quality of rural urbanization to establish a the rural urbanization quality evaluation system of ideas , the Rural Urbanization quality evaluation index system , the basic method of evaluation of the quality of rural urbanization . The fourth part of the quality of rural urbanization in Shaoyang, Hunan empirical analysis include : Shaoyang City , Hunan Province , the basic situation of rural urbanization , rural urbanization measure of quality of Shaoyang City , Hunan Province , Shaoyang City, the quality of rural urbanization exist . Part V of urbanization in rural areas to improve the quality of countermeasures . The contents include : the macro strategic measures to enhance the quality of rural urbanization , economic driven measures to enhance the quality of rural urbanization , improve the system of rural urbanization innovative measures .
