Abstract

Six Sigma improvement activities , measurement system analysis is critical . Requirements from the point of view of improving efficiency as well as the measured value of the property value characteristics , property value measurement systems analysis is very tight . However , compared with the continuous measurement system , the property value measurement system is relatively small, there are some problems and applications in the enterprise . Firstly through the the thermistor glass encapsulation process measurement system analysis of property values ??, to do a more detailed description of consistency ratio , and the Kappa statistic method , and the method actually used Mistakes explain ; then the method is widely used in other areas of the consistency of evaluation research , trying to be applied to the evaluation of the property value measurement system which ; followed by the MATLAB programming work out a reasonable sampling program , that the value of a property measurement system , the selected parts generally can not be less than 20 , especially for some middle- consistent ( for example p = 50 % ) of the measurement system should increase the sample size , the sample size should be selected at least 40 ; final against existing enterprise the evaluation criteria used are not realistic place , the measurements of the binary system , a designed to reduce the producer's risk and consumer risk evaluation method , and its effectiveness is verified by examples . In addition , in order to resolve the property value measurement system analysis data to calculate complex problems , has developed a software , can easily attribute consistency analysis and calculation a four consistency ratio as well as Cohen's Kappa statistic and Fleiss 's Kappa statistic .
