Abstract


The bottom frame building built in the 1970s and 1980s , is a unique form of a structure under China 's current economic conditions . From seismic sense it is an irrational structure , but due to the restrictions on the level of economic development in China , you can not cancel . Therefore , the reinforcement of such housing and renovation in China today transformed into an important issue . The structure of passive control is a new seismic technology , not only has a simple structure, convenient construction , durability , and has a good energy consumption characteristics . (1) In this paper, the passive control on the basis of seismic technology , design a shear type damper - lead dampers , we have the lead damper performance test study , given the energy consumption characteristics of lead damper and calculations model. ( 2 ) of this article , the structure and mechanical characteristics of the bottom of the frame structure described its earthquake damages and seismic countermeasures . According to its destruction in the form and reason on the bottom frame of the original structure and placement of the lead damper structure comparative analysis and time history analysis theory : the selection of seismic waves , structural vibration differential equations and dynamic matrix . (3) Based on the theoretical basis of the time-history analysis , the use of large-scale general-purpose finite element software -ANSYS software , on a five-story frame structure at the bottom of the overall finite element analysis , process analysis through the structure of the original structure and placement of the damper the obtained structural layers of horizontal displacement , acceleration changes with the number of layers and the structure of the underlying shear time curve . To arrive at the lead damper produce strong control of energy consumption , and significantly improve the seismic capacity of the structure is weak layer , weakening the earthquake effect on the spread of masonry structures , to achieve the purpose of the structural vibration control .
