Abstract


With the change in the way of the production and management of modern enterprises and market changes of the external conditions and the booming e-commerce , enterprise logistics system is attracting the attention and concern of our business community and theoretical circles , a more secure , reliable , low-cost and efficient logistics operation mode and the manufacturing sector will become an inevitable option . This article is in the process of production logistics trucking company of China National Heavy Duty Truck -depth and meticulous research , the use of logistics management and internal control theory , mainly from two aspects of the design and management of production and logistics processes and pending production in-depth analysis , the use of high-tech on the original production logistics process reengineering , effective resource integration , and speed up the modernization of circulation , reduce logistics costs , improve efficiency , and gradually realize the rationalization of production logistics goals , enhance their market competitiveness . Production logistics is a core part of the manufacturing enterprise logistics truck production logistics process reengineering for the poor existing business processes , management system of insufficiency , business objectives and risk is unknown , positions the powers and responsibilities of the control point is unclear such as the crux of the problem , a comprehensive to expand logistics systematic process upgrading works to internal control theory to standardize the business processes , the gradual implementation of the new logistics management mode , transformed into a market center ( the implementation of the pending order production ) to Personal Emergency information the support of the management system , zero inventory for the target , the trucking company pending order production needs of modern production logistics management processes . Fast , efficient production logistics management system that can fully utilize enterprise resources can meet customer needs . This study , not only can reduce the risk of production logistics system of the trucking company , distribution of materials is accurate , timely , efficient , and a practical guide to the truck company production logistics system management , but their research ideas and methods of the manufacturing sector to other similar problems provide realistic teaching materials , production logistics process reengineering has certain reference value .
